1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.

Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days

Other cities: 3–7 working days

For urgent medical requirements, customers are encouraged to contact us directly.

 

3. Same-Day Delivery (If Applicable)

Same-day delivery may be available within select locations, subject to stock availability and order timing.

Additional delivery charges may apply.

 

4. Installation & Setup Support

For selected products such as CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, and Hospital Beds:

Professional installation support may be provided.

Setup guidance may be offered at the time of delivery.

Installation charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.

 

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or informed before order confirmation.

 

6. Delays

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), OR

Record a clear video while opening the package

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
