RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Rental Terms & Conditions apply to all equipment rented from Age Plus Healthcare Services (APH). By renting equipment from APH, you agree to the following terms.

1. Rental Agreement

Rental period begins from the date of delivery or installation of the equipment.

Minimum rental duration (if applicable) will be informed at the time of booking.

Rental charges are calculated based on the agreed rental period.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain equipment.

The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the equipment upon return.

Any damages, missing parts, or excessive wear may result in deductions from the security deposit.

3. Equipment Condition

All rental equipment is tested and inspected before delivery.

Customers must:

Use equipment carefully

Follow provided instructions

Avoid unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will be chargeable.

4. Installation & Support

Installation or demonstration support may be provided where applicable.

APH provides operational guidance only and does not assume responsibility for medical outcomes.

5. Rental Extension

Rental extension requests must be made before the current rental period ends.

Additional charges will apply for extended usage.

6. Early Termination

Rental charges for the minimum agreed period are non-refundable.

Early return of equipment does not guarantee refund for unused rental days.

7. Late Return

Failure to return equipment on time may result in additional daily rental charges.

APH reserves the right to recover equipment if rental terms are violated.

8. Loss or Damage

In case of:

Loss of equipment

Major physical damage

Internal component damage

The customer will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

9. Hygiene & Cleaning

Rental equipment must be returned in hygienic condition.

APH reserves the right to charge cleaning or sanitization fees if required.

10. Limitation of Liability

APH shall not be liable for:

Medical complications

Power failure-related interruptions

Improper use of equipment

Third-party mishandling

11. Governing Law

These rental terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
